We're Hiring: Travel Planner

Remote — United Kingdom

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate

💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month

Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.

We're looking for a creative, organised, and motivated Travel Planner to help customers plan memorable trips and personalised travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, destinations, customer service, and travel planning, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate personalised travel itineraries
  • Research destinations, hotels, activities, and travel experiences
  • Assist customers with trip planning and travel arrangements
  • Recommend destinations and experiences based on customer preferences
  • Create engaging travel-related content and recommendations
  • Communicate with customers, travel partners, hotels, and suppliers
  • Coordinate bookings and travel details
  • Monitor travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
  • Support seasonal and destination-focused travel campaigns
  • Maintain accurate customer and booking information

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
  • Strong interest in travel, tourism, and trip planning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of travel planning and online platforms
  • Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or content creation is a plus, but not essential
