Travel Product Manager

Base Salary Circa £50,000 based on experience + Bonuses

Hybrid - Central London

Our client is an internally renowned award-winning travel company who specialise in selling tailor-made worldwide destinations.

They are now recruiting for a Travel Product Manager with tailor-made knowledge to take full ownership of their programme.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the tailor-made product, including growing the current product portfolio, contracting, rate negotiation, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams with the objective to maximise revenue to the region.

Our client will only consider candidates who have previous product management experience within tailor-made.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London.

Travel Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing existing brand & identifying strategic new areas of development
  • Driving innovation and conducting research into future development and expansion within the tailor-made programme
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with relationships with DMC's
  • Responsible for the direct negotiation, planning, purchasing, and contracting of the very best rates that are available
  • General product management & growth including the monitoring of sales, competitor analysis, etc.

Travel Product Manager Experience Required:

  • Previous tailor-made product management and expertise within the travel industry is essential
  • Proven commercial, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proactive and results-driven

Travel Product Manager Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Circa £50,000 based on experience
  • Bonuses based on performance up to 20% of base salary
