Travel Product Marketing Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Travel Product Marketing Associate to support the marketing and promotion of travel products, packages, experiences, and services. The successful candidate will assist with product research, campaign development, content creation, market analysis, and promotional activities designed to increase customer awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing and promotion of travel products, packages, tours, and experiences.
- Assist with developing and implementing product marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Help create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing channels.
- Assist with product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with product, sales, tourism, hospitality, and commercial teams.
- Support the launch and promotion of new travel products and services.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Analyse customer feedback, market data, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate product information across websites and digital platforms.
- Assist with promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and special travel packages.
- Support partnerships with travel suppliers, attractions, hotels, tour operators, and other industry partners.
- Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and other product-related projects.

Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in travel, tourism, and marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Creative approach to marketing and content development.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or marketing is advantageous but not essential for entry-level candidates.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with travel products, tour packages, or tourism services.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools.
- Experience with market research or customer insights is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the UK travel and tourism market is beneficial.
