We're Hiring: Travel Project Coordinator
Remote — United Kingdom

Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month
Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
We're looking for an organised, professional, and customer-focused Travel Project Coordinator to support travel coordination, project management, customer communication, partner relationships, and overall service delivery across the travel and hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising projects, coordinating with people, solving problems, managing details, and creating smooth travel experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment, supporting travel and hospitality projects from planning through completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate travel-related projects and activities from planning to completion
- Communicate with guests, clients, travel providers, hotels, and hospitality partners
- Respond to enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, travel arrangements, and service requirements
- Handle requests, feedback, and service-related issues
- Help ensure projects and travel arrangements run smoothly and efficiently
- Provide information about accommodation, travel services, and hospitality experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, travel providers, and hospitality partners
- Maintain accurate project, guest, and communication records
- Monitor project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups
- Follow up with guests and partners to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve travel processes and service quality
- Support relationship-building initiatives with guests, clients, and partners
- Help maintain high standards across all travel and hospitality projects

What We're Looking For
- Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable coordinating projects and communicating remotely
