We are looking for a friendly, organised, detail-oriented, and responsible Travel Project Coordinator with an interest in travel, tourism, destinations, project coordination, and travel planning.
In this role, you will support the coordination and organisation of travel-related projects, activities, customer requirements, travel products, and operational tasks. You will work with different types of travel information and help ensure that assigned projects and tasks are organised, communicated, and completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of travel-related projects and products, including holiday packages, hotels and accommodation, tourist attractions, local experiences, city breaks, outdoor activities, themed travel experiences, seasonal travel products, promotional activities, and other travel-related services.

π― Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of assigned travel-related projects.
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of travel-related activities and tasks.
- Organise project information, schedules, requirements, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure that activities are completed within the required timeframe.
- Coordinate information between customers, team members, travel suppliers, and other relevant parties where applicable.
- Collect, review, and organise travel product and destination information.
- Assist with researching destinations, accommodation, attractions, activities, and travel experiences.
- Prepare travel-related information, project updates, summaries, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and organised project and customer-related records.
- Track project requirements, deadlines, updates, and outstanding tasks.
- Follow up on assigned activities and communicate progress when required.
- Assist with booking-related coordination, changes, amendments, cancellations, and special requests where applicable.
- Review travel product information to ensure that project information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support the coordination of seasonal travel projects, promotional activities, and new travel product initiatives.
- Communicate with appropriate team members or travel suppliers when additional information or clarification is required.
- Identify missing information or outstanding requirements and follow up appropriately.
- Assist with resolving routine project coordination issues.
- Complete assigned daily tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.

The role focuses on organising travel-related projects, coordinating information, supporting different stakeholders, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your work may include helping to:
- Organise travel project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate information between different parties involved in a project.
- Keep project information accurate, organised, and easy to access.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Research suitable destinations, travel products, and experiences.
- Assist with preparing travel project plans and supporting materials.
- Coordinate changes to travel arrangements or project requirements where applicable.
- Provide updates regarding project progress and outstanding activities.
- Identify alternative options when an original travel product or arrangement is unavailable.
- Support the implementation of new travel products and seasonal travel initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and relevant suppliers.
- Ensure that assigned project activities are completed according to instructions and requirements.
