We are looking for an organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Travel Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of travel-related projects and activities.
In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel projects, organising information, monitoring project tasks, communicating with relevant team members, and helping ensure that travel-related activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of travel-related projects, including destination projects, holiday campaigns, travel product initiatives, seasonal travel programmes, customer-focused projects, tourism research, promotional activities, travel content projects, and other travel-related initiatives.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organisation, project coordination, communication, research, problem-solving, and working with different teams, particularly those looking for a flexible remote working arrangement.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of travel-related projects.
- Assist with organising project tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain accurate project records, documents, schedules, and information.
- Coordinate communication between relevant team members and project stakeholders.
- Assist with organising meetings, discussions, and project updates.
- Prepare project information, reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Research destinations, travel products, tourism trends, and relevant market information.
- Assist with coordinating travel campaigns, seasonal projects, and promotional activities.
- Support the development and organisation of travel-related project materials.
- Communicate project requirements, deadlines, and updates to relevant team members.
- Identify outstanding tasks, potential delays, or information gaps and communicate them appropriately.
- Assist with coordinating external suppliers or partners when required.
- Track project-related activities and ensure relevant information is updated.
- Help maintain organised digital files and project documentation.
- Support multiple projects or workstreams when required.
- Complete assigned project tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.
π Project Coordination
The role focuses on helping travel-related projects move forward in an organised and efficient manner.
Your work may include:
- Breaking larger projects into manageable tasks.
- Creating and maintaining project task lists.
- Tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Following up on outstanding actions.
- Organising project information.
- Preparing progress updates.

This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements.
Daily project coordination tasks can be completed using a:

No previous travel industry or project management experience is required.
