Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll inherit relationships with established C&M clients, many of whom we've worked with for years, but this isn't an account-management-only role.

We want someone who is hungry to win.

Someone who enjoys spotting an opportunity and going after it. Someone comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation. Someone who gets a buzz from bringing in a new client, winning a vacancy and turning that opportunity into revenue.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you'll have at least two years' recruitment experience, from any sector or discipline.

We would also consider someone with a strong sales background within corporate or leisure travel who understands the industry and is ready for an exciting new challenge.

Most importantly, you'll be:

  • Commercial, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Confident developing and winning new business
  • Comfortable prospecting and picking up the phone
  • A natural relationship builder
  • A strong communicator and negotiator
  • Target-driven and motivated by success
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate and client service
  • A team player who is prepared to go the extra mile
