Travel Reservations Support Consultant
Base Salary to £34,000 + 20% Bonus and Great Benefits
Hybrid - Surrey
Our client is a market leading luxury cruise company offering some of the most unforgettable travel experience worldwide.
They offer a bespoke high-end river cruise programme to destinations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Following a record year of growth, revenue, and bookings, the business is now expanding its Reservations & Sales Support team and is seeking a Travel Reservations Support Consultant to play a key role in delivering outstanding client service and operational excellence.
This is a varied, detail-driven position combining administration, client relations, and commercial support, ensuring every booking is managed seamlessly from start to finish.

Travel Reservations Support Consultant Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate booking files and client records
- Processing amendments including flight additions, date changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Ensuring all client preferences and details are kept fully up to date
- Preparing and sending pre-departure documentation to agents and guests
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Conducting post-travel service calls to support customer retention
- Promoting Future Cruise Benefits and identifying upsell opportunities
- Supporting guest relations queries and resolving issues effectively
- Driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Travel Reservations Support Consultant Experience Required:
- Previous travel industry experience in administration, reservations, or customer service is essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
- A willingness to develop within a high-performing travel business

Travel Reservations Support Consultant Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to £34,000 + up to 20% bonus
