Why is This Role Right for You?

If you’re an experienced retail leader ready to take full ownership of a store, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Our Bishopbriggs location is entering an exciting new phase, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated Retail Manager to lead the team through that transition and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business. You’ll have the autonomy to shape performance, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer service every day. You won’t just be managing a store, you’ll be trusted to run it, improve it and grow it.

You’ll be supported by an established retail business that values quality, professionalism and doing things the right way, while still giving you the freedom to manage your store with confidence and creativity.

The Role

As Retail Manager of our Bishopbriggs store, you’ll be fully responsible for the day-to-day running and performance of the branch. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team, ensuring standards remain high while driving sales and operational efficiency.

You’ll play a key role in leading the team, helping to embed strong processes, set expectations and create a positive, high-performing culture. This is a hands-on leadership role that suits someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in seeing both people and results grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
