At Flavours Holidays, we create unforgettable small-group holidays that bring people together through shared passions including painting, Pilates, cooking, photography, language learning, Nordic walking and more.

Many of our guests travel solo and return year after year, making Flavours much more than a holiday company – we're a thriving community. You'll be helping guests create memories, discover new passions, build confidence travelling solo and become part of something truly special.

As we continue our exciting growth into 2027 and beyond, launching new destinations, experiences and holidays, we're looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Concierge to join our Community Growth Team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping more people discover the Flavours experience, welcoming new guests into our community and inspiring existing guests to travel with us again and again.

If you love travel, enjoy building genuine relationships and are passionate about helping people find their perfect holiday, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

  • Hours: Part-time/Full Time, Monday to Saturday
  • Salary: Competitive salary plus performance-related bonus

This is a full-time, office-based role working from our beautiful offices in the heart of Dean Village, Edinburgh. Working together as a team is a big part of what makes Flavours special, and you'll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who genuinely care about creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a consultative sales role with clear sales targets. Your success will be measured by the number of guests you help book onto our holidays while delivering the exceptional personal service that Flavours is known for.

As part of our Community Growth Team, you'll speak with prospective and returning guests, understand what they're looking for, recommend holidays and events they'll love, and build long-term relationships with our loyal Amici community.

This isn't a hard-sell environment. Our guests value honest advice, personal recommendations and genuine conversations. You'll become a trusted travel expert who inspires confidence, helps guests choose holidays they'll remember for a lifetime and encourages them to return to travel with us again and again.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
