Travel Sales & Business Development Executive – UK 🇬🇧
Salary: £44,000 per year | Permanent | Visa Sponsorship Available
We are looking for an ambitious Travel Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing UK travel agency and help take our business to the next level.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can communicate confidently in Persian (Farsi), Arabic or Turkish, alongside English, as we continue to grow our customer base across the Persian-speaking, Middle Eastern and international travel markets.
The Role
- Research and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Proactively approach customers through calls, emails, social media, virtual meetings and face-to-face visits
- Convert prospective customers into long-term clients
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and financial targets
- Maintain accurate records and ensure company procedures are followed correctly
- Develop relationships with individuals, families and business customers
- Help expand our presence within the UK and international travel market

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for travel, tourism and sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Persian/Farsi, Arabic or Turkish language skills are highly desirable
- English to at least B1 UKVI level
- Strong sales ability, ideally with previous experience in travel, tourism or a customer-facing sales environment
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Confident, proactive and comfortable developing new business
What We Offer
- £44,000 annual salary
