Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in Greater London. The Travel Sales Consultant will advise clients on travel options, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and sports-related travel, tailoring itineraries to meet individual needs and budgets.

Responsibilities

- Advising clients on travel options
- Managing end-to-end travel arrangements
- Processing reservations
- Handling changes and cancellations
- Ensuring all bookings comply with relevant regulations and policies
- Providing responsive, high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Resolving queries and issues promptly
- Supporting sales targets by promoting suitable travel products
- Maintaining accurate records in booking systems
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Skills in travel consulting and travel management
- Experience advising clients on complex itineraries
- Skills in organising travel arrangements and coordinating end-to-end trip planning
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive, long-term client relationships
- Reservations skills, including using booking systems and managing amendments efficiently
- Prior experience in a travel agency or travel sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS), airline and hotel fare structures, and visa or travel documentation requirements
- A relevant qualification in travel, tourism, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- High standards of integrity and professionalism
