Travel Sales Manager

Base Salary circa £55,000 OTE £65,000

Hybrid - Central London

About the Company

Our client is an award-winning tour operator who specializes in selling bespoke tailor-made travel to worldwide destinations through both the travel trade and directly to consumers. They are experiencing rapid growth and are now seeking to recruit a sales-driven, dynamic, commercially focused Travel Sales Team Manager.

Role Overview

This is a key appointment, and the successful Travel Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing their team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, conversion ratios, customer service targets, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, competitive, and supportive sales environment where excellence is promoted, recognized, and rewarded
  • Create a motivational and competitive environment through the use of innovative incentives, team-building exercises, and positive attitudes
  • Performance management of the sales team including setting objectives, coaching, and training
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
  • Monitor the quality control process of booking handovers so accurate invoices and final documentation are processed in a timely manner
