π Stevenage | Hybrid preferred, remote considered
Up to Β£30,000 base. OTE over Β£55,000, with some of our team earning Β£60,000+.
We're looking for someone who can turn a "we've always wanted to go" into a booked trip they'll talk about for years.
We're P&P Group, and The Internet Traveller is our established longhaul and multi-centre B2C Tour Operator brand. We design bucket list trips: mid-luxury and usually multi-centre. These aren't off-the-shelf packages. Every itinerary is built from scratch, and you'll be the one building it.
What you'll be doing π
- Turning enquiries into bookings. Our leads come in warm, from people who've already found us and want to talk.
- Designing bespoke itineraries. Flights, hotels, transfers and experiences, put together around each client's interests, dates and budget.
- Selling on value, not price. Our clients want expertise and confidence.
- Owning the client from first call to booking. Quick responses, proper follow-up, and making sure no good enquiry slips through the cracks.
- Getting the detail right. Accurate bookings first time, a clean handover to our back office, and confirmations out fast.
- Building relationships that last. Many of our clients come back again and again, and refer their friends.
- Keeping your destination knowledge sharp through supplier training, webinars and fam trips.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
