About the Job
The heart of our business has always been our Travel Sales Specialists. These individuals have or will travel to one or more of our regions and can demonstrate a wide variety of country knowledge and an infectious passion for what they have experienced. As a part of your training, you’ll embark on the trip of a lifetime for 2-4 weeks in some of the most AMAZING destinations across the world (we call it the familiarization trip, or FAM). Right now, our new hires are in Thailand, Vietnam, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and New Zealand! You’ll use your own trip to get to know first-hand the best guides, food, lodging and local secrets in your specialist countries and use this knowledge to create custom vacations. This is an invaluable perk of the job! 😊

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
