Based in Edinburgh, we work with clients throughout the UK, both directly and through our network of travel agent partners. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ski Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
As a Ski Specialist, you'll help clients and travel agents plan and book exceptional ski holidays. You'll provide expert advice, build bespoke itineraries and deliver the outstanding service that has made Ski Independence a trusted name in the ski travel industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about skiing, snowboarding and travel, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to enquiries from direct clients and travel agents via telephone and online channels
- Creating tailor-made ski holiday itineraries based on clients' requirements and budgets
- Making bookings and processing payments
- Building strong relationships with customers and travel agent partners
- Providing expert destination knowledge and recommendations
- Managing follow-up enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Working towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

What We're Looking For
We're looking for positive, motivated individuals who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy helping customers find their perfect ski holiday.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in sales, travel, customer service or another client-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- A passion for skiing, snowboarding or winter sports, experience of working in a ski resort is desirable
Previous travel industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Training & Development
You'll receive comprehensive training on:
