Role Overview
The Travel Support Advisor assists clients throughout the travel planning process by providing timely support, coordinating arrangements, and helping ensure a smooth and organized experience. This role focuses on communication, accuracy, and dependable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients with travel-related questions and requests
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Review itineraries and booking details for accuracy
- Communicate updates, confirmations, and important travel information
- Support adjustments or changes to existing travel plans
- Maintain clear and organized client records

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Comfortable working with online tools and booking platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus
