🛠️ We’re Hiring: Travel Trade Executive
📍 Remote (United Kingdom)
🕒 Full-Time
💼 Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per month
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and commercially minded Travel Trade Executive to support the development and management of relationships across the travel industry.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, tourism, partnerships, business development, and industry relations, and who enjoys working with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, attractions, tourism organisations, and other industry partners.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, attractions, tourism boards, and other travel trade partners
- Assist with travel trade sales, partnership, and promotional activities
- Promote destinations, travel packages, tours, experiences, accommodation, and tourism products to trade partners
- Coordinate trade marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal offers
- Research travel market trends, competitor activity, customer demand, and emerging opportunities
- Identify and support new business and partnership opportunities within the travel trade
- Assist with preparing presentations, sales materials, brochures, destination guides, proposals, and promotional content
- Maintain accurate partner databases, contact records, sales information, and campaign documentation
- Support email marketing, newsletters, trade communications, and partner updates
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, training sessions, familiarisation trips, networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Assist with influencer, affiliate, media, partnership, and co-marketing activities where relevant
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to coordinate trade initiatives
- Monitor trade campaign performance, enquiries, leads, sales activity, and partner engagement
- Prepare regular reports and identify opportunities to improve trade performance
- Maintain strong communication with partners and provide timely follow-up and support
- Stay up to date with travel industry developments, distribution channels, tourism trends, and changing market conditions

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate with 0–3+ years of experience
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Strong interest in travel, tourism, travel trade, partnerships, and business development
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Good understanding of travel products, destinations, tourism services, or the travel industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar business tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, social media, or travel distribution platforms is a plus
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and support revenue growth
- Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, campaigns, and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Willingness to attend occasional travel trade events, meetings, exhibitions, or industry activities
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
