Travel Trade Partnership Manager

Location: [Insert Location / Remote / Hybrid]
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Travel Trade Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic B2B supplier relationships. You will manage, expand, and optimize our network of travel agents, tour operators, and industry partners. This role requires a commercial mindset and a proven track record of delivering revenue through trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Nurture and expand relationships with key travel trade accounts, agents, and operators.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify and secure new B2B partnership opportunities to increase market share.
  • Contracting & Negotiation: Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and marketing overrides.
  • Product Training: Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to partners to maximize product knowledge.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and attend key industry events, trade shows, and fam trips.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and report on ROI from trade partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically within the travel industry.
  • Track Record: Proven success in B2B account management, trade sales, or partnership development.
  • Network: Existing, strong network of contacts within the travel trade ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
