Requirements

  • Academic Credentials: You must possess a recognized medical degree obtained from a governing institution in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • Professional Experience: A strict minimum of 5 years of independent clinical practice is mandatory, measured exclusively from the day you completed your specialist training.
  • Medical Specialization: Your core competency must be firmly rooted in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine to effectively manage healthcare at sea.
  • Language Fluency: Absolute mastery of the English language is a non-negotiable requirement to guarantee clear communication during all medical scenarios.
