Treasurer
Location – Central or West London
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious treasury professional looking to broaden their experience and progress towards a senior treasury leadership role. Working closely with the Group CFO, you will play a key role in managing liquidity, funding, financial risk, and banking relationships while helping shape the Group's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cash and liquidity management, including forecasting and optimisation of working capital.
- Manage banking relationships and support funding, refinancing, and debt management activities.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including FX, interest rate, credit, and liquidity exposures.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insight to support business growth and investment decisions.
- Drive improvements in treasury systems, processes, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology to deliver strategic initiatives.

About You
- Strong treasury experience across cash management, funding, and financial risk.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building external relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to develop into a future Head of Treasury or Group Treasurer role.
- Experience within financial services or a complex corporate environment is advantageous.
