Treasurer - AllChild

AllChild is the highly innovative and ambitious children's charity often used as a current example of public sector reform, moving services towards prevention and away from crisis management. The AllChild method, together with a rigour in programme design and delivery driven by absolute commitment to the mission, has enabled thousands of children living in places affected by poverty to achieve better social, emotional and academic outcomes with AllChild in London and Greater Manchester, and means there is a pipeline of new places ready.

AllChild celebrates its 10-year birthday this year and the current Treasurer's term is coming to an end after 10 years, in which she has helped to guide the Board, the CEO (who was part of the founding team) and the Executive Team. In this time AllChild has grown from start-up to £8.5m turnover, with income from schools and local authority outcomes-based contracts and all sources of philanthropy. Delivery has also grown from West London to now include partnerships in Greater Manchester and the south coast, where AllChild has Link Work teams delivering in schools and communities, as well as commissioning over 40 local charity partners to directly support our work with children.

AllChild has ambitious plans with the potential to double income to approximately £18m within 5 years, as the charity seeks to capitalise on Government funding opportunities and increasing philanthropy to broaden reach to more places, deepen impact in existing places, share learnings and empower children to speak up for their futures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
