What you’ll do

Are you an experienced treasury professional who enjoys combining hands-on treasury operations with systems improvement, financial analysis and process transformation?

We’re looking for a Treasury Accountant to join our Finance team and play an important role in helping Notting Hill Genesis effectively manage its cash, debt and financial risks. This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day treasury operations. You’ll monitor and forecast cash requirements, manage liquidity, support the management of our debt portfolio and ensure treasury transactions are accurately accounted for.

You’ll also take the lead on our Treasury Management System, helping us get the most from our technology, improve processes and reporting, and continue developing a more efficient and digitally enabled treasury function.

Working with colleagues across Finance and the wider organisation, as well as banks, lenders and other external stakeholders, you’ll provide a responsive, accurate and high-quality treasury service that supports sound financial decision-making and ultimately enables us to continue delivering for our residents.

How you’ll do it

  • Deliver an outstanding operational treasury service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the Group’s daily cash position and forecast future cash requirements, ensuring sufficient liquidity is available to meet our financial obligations.
  • Manage the investment of surplus cash in accordance with NHG’s Treasury Management Policy.
  • Support the effective management of the Group’s debt portfolio, including drawdowns and the rollover of floating-rate loans.
  • Ensure interest payments and other treasury obligations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain covenant compliance schedules and ensure required information is provided to lenders within agreed deadlines.
  • Take ownership of the Treasury Management System, ensuring information is accurate, current and effectively used to manage the Group’s debt portfolio.
  • Lead improvements and enhancements to the Treasury Management System, using technology and dynamic reporting to improve efficiency and help make treasury increasingly digital.
  • Maintain bank mandates across the Group and support the opening and administration of bank accounts, including KYC requirements.
  • Oversee electronic banking interfaces and help ensure appropriate controls are maintained.
  • Ensure treasury transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, banks, lenders and other stakeholders, providing clear and dependable treasury information and support.
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, systems and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
