Job Description

Here at evoke plc, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the administration within our Treasury Department. You'll be responsible for collecting and validating supporting documentation, completing required forms, coordinating approvals and signatures, and maintaining an accurate tracker of outstanding actions. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and relationship banks, you will help ensure all banking-related activities are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.

This role also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury operations by identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify existing processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Administering KYC and bank mandate processes, including collecting supporting documentation, completing forms, and obtaining signatures
  • Maintaining a consolidated tracker of open items
  • Liaising with relevant teams at relationship banks
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes, and implementing necessary improvements
  • Leveraging existing platforms and tools to automate routine tasks
  • Updating and maintaining internal procedures relating to bank account openings and closures, while ensuring that the Master Bank Account List and associated Treasury records and trackers are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Supporting audit requests and acting as the main point of contact between auditors and internal stakeholders, coordinating the timely provision of required information and supporting documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
