Job Description
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

- Performing credit rating analysis for international UPS entities and maintaining Treasury databases.
- Supporting capital structure reviews, funding business cases, and intercompany financing activities.
- Monitoring cash positions, updating KPI dashboards, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborating with teams across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Accounting on Treasury-related projects.
- Preparing materials and presenting findings in Credit Committee meetings.
- Maintaining controls, records, and documentation for audit purposes.
- Supporting Treasury administration and contributing to ad hoc projects.
- Using Microsoft Copilot Premium and other digital tools to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
What We’ll Need
We're looking for a proactive and ambitious undergraduate who is eager to learn and make an impact.
- Currently in your second year of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with digital technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
