Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a superstar Treasury Analyst (internal title: Finance & Banking Analyst) to join the team for 12 months, starting ASAP. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will act as the banking and treasury specialist within the Finance team, partnering with stakeholders across the business. This role will offer autonomy and strategic input into a range of accounting, banking, treasury and finance operations activities.

Responsibilities

  • Banking, treasury & payments: Team SME responsible for banking operations, reimbursements, corporate cards, payment runs, cashflow management and investment transfers.
  • Financial control & reporting: Support month-end close, banking transaction processing and account reconciliations.
  • Transformation & improvement: Drive ERP systems and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance & finance support: Support audits, tax filings, supplier onboarding and ad hoc requests, collaborating with the wider Finance team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in banking or treasury in an autonomous role, ideally from within a small- to medium-sized professional services business with multiple international entities
  • Either AAT qualification combined with practical experience or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency (encompassing conditional logic, LookUp tools and Pivot Tables
  • A passion and creativity for building and shaping best-in-class Finance functions
