Found in millions of homes across the UK, our brands have been loved for generations and continue to grow through the passion and expertise of our people.

We're looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the Group's cash position, treasury operations and financial controls, whilst contributing to continuous improvement projects that support the future growth of the business.

Whether you're looking to deepen your treasury expertise or build on an existing finance background, you'll join a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your development is supported and your impact will be visible.

As a Treasury Analyst, you'll support the delivery of high-quality treasury services across Premier Foods, helping to manage liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking activities and treasury reporting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Tax and Treasury to ensure robust controls, efficient processes and accurate financial information.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of treasury activities, including cash management, foreign exchange, treasury systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review month-end balance sheet reconciliations and support treasury reporting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through professional and effective communication.
  • Monitor bank accounts and support improvements to cash flow forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in the review and automation of treasury systems and processes.
  • Support the management of the Group's day-to-day cash position and treasury transactions.
  • Contribute to foreign exchange hedging activities in line with Treasury policy.
  • Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and provide analysis to support decision-making.
  • Drive improvements across cash management systems and treasury processes.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Treasury Management System.
  • Assist with treasury projects, reporting requirements and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and best practice across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
