Treasury Analyst

Full Time, Hybrid

Role Overview

The Treasury Analyst will support the Group Treasurer in the day-to-day management of the Group's treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, banking operations, funding, financial risk management, and in some strategic projects, such as the deployment of a groupwide treasury management system. The role offers broad exposure to international treasury operations and provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate treasury within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Support daily cash and liquidity management across the Group.
  • Assist with short & medium term cash forecasting.
  • Support intercompany funding activities and cash pooling operations.
  • Manage execution and monitoring of payments through the TMS (payment factory).
  • Validate beneficiary bank account details.
  • Assist with KYC documentation, bank account administration, and user access reviews.
  • Support management of financing facilities, including revolving credit facilities, factoring, and debt reporting activities.
  • Assist with the execution of FX transactions.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of treasury systems.
  • Maintain treasury data and reporting accuracy.

Treasury Projects

The successful candidate will play an active role in several strategic treasury initiatives, including:

  • Implementation of the Group Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity), including testing, data migration, user training, and process documentation.
  • Roll-out of new treasury policies, controls, and processes across the Group.
  • Assist in driving automation and efficiency initiatives within treasury operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
  • Professional qualification such as ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, desirable.
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or audit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to ERP system and/or treasury systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions internally and externally.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
