At Progress Housing Group, your work supports communities and changes lives.

Every day is an opportunity to make a difference. You’ll work with purpose, be supported to grow and be proud to belong.

Through inclusive recruitment and tailored workplace support, we create an environment where everyone can succeed.

The role

We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting the effective management of cashflow, liquidity and financial risk. You’ll provide accurate analysis, reporting and forecasting, working closely with Finance and Treasury colleagues to maintain effective cash management and ensure compliance with our financial policies.

Use your analytical expertise to help keep Progress Housing Group financially resilient, sustainable and ready to support our customers and communities.

As part of our small, supportive Treasury team, you’ll contribute to day-to-day operations and key projects spanning funding, cashflow forecasting, covenant monitoring, risk analysis and reporting.

You’ll turn complex data and scenario analysis into clear insight, reports and recommendations that support sound financial decisions.

You’ll also support lender requirements, improve treasury systems and processes, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Property, BI and the wider organisation.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • A professional finance or treasury qualification, or substantial relevant treasury experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with detailed financial data.
  • A solution-focused approach, with sound judgement when identifying risks and evaluating options.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work across teams.
  • The ability to balance detailed operational work with projects and changing priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
