Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate

We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting the management of Elior’s cash flow, liquidity and financial risk. You’ll play an important role in providing accurate analysis, reporting and forecasting, while working closely with the wider Finance and Treasury teams to ensure effective cash management and compliance with our financial policies.

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of July 2027, covering maternity leave. The role is based from our Macclesfield office on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home, so you’ll need to live within a commutable distance of Macclesfield.

What you’ll be serving up…

  • Monitor daily cash positions and support cash flow forecasting.
  • Analyse liquidity requirements and support short- and long-term funding needs.
  • Prepare and maintain treasury reports, dashboards and cash flow statements.
  • Support bank account reconciliations and banking relationships.
  • Assist with managing foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate cash management.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise cash utilisation and reduce financial risk.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and treasury policies.
  • Support treasury projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and documentation.

The ingredients you’ll bring…

  • Experience in treasury, finance or cash management.
  • A solid understanding of cash flow, liquidity management and financial risk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills and familiarity with treasury management or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject would be preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications such as ACT or CTP would be an advantage.
