We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a leading global financial services firm. This role will support the Treasury function across the EMEA region, helping ensure the business meets its operational and regulatory liquidity requirements while maintaining strong controls and effective cash management.

Working across the London, Frankfurt, Dublin, and Cyprus entities, with additional APAC responsibilities, you will play a key role in day-to-day liquidity and currency risk management, cash forecasting, reconciliations, collateral management, and regulatory client asset requirements. The role will also support the continued growth and development of the firm's EMEA footprint, including its Frankfurt and Dublin operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collateral calls with exchanges, liquidity providers, and clients, ensuring they are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Support day-to-day liquidity and currency risk management across the EMEA region.
  • Prepare and maintain cash ladders and cash flow forecasts across business lines and currencies.
  • Produce accurate management information (MI) for liquidity, client asset, and other Treasury reporting requirements.
  • Perform cash reconciliations across the region, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Complete daily T+1 bank reconciliations and intraday cash reconciliations.
  • Provide operational support to ensure compliance with requirements relating to the safeguarding of customer funds and assets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve cash, liquidity, and reconciliation issues.
  • Contribute to a consistent and effective Treasury operating model across the EMEA region.
  • Support process improvements and operational initiatives as the business continues to grow.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and ensure Treasury activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
