Working home based, you’ll bring precision, pace and a calm approach to high-volume processing, ensuring every transaction is allocated, reconciled and reported flawlessly.

You’ll collaborate closely with property managers, colleagues in finance and external stakeholders to resolve queries, prepare payment runs and support month-end. With strong controls and a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll help us maintain outstanding client money standards while delivering a friendly, service-first experience.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Day to day, you will:

  • Process and reconcile large volumes of bank transactions
  • Prepare supplier and client payment runs
  • Keep ledgers accurate and up to date
  • Investigate and clear reconciliation differences
  • Manage suspense items promptly
  • Respond to queries with clarity and care
  • Support routine reporting, audits, and improvements to how we work

What Success Looks Like

  • Bank accounts reconciled daily with minimal aged unreconciled items and clean month-end positions
  • Payment runs delivered accurately and on time, with robust checks and documented approvals
  • Queries resolved quickly, with clear communication and great feedback from internal teams and suppliers
  • Client money controls consistently followed and evidenced, ensuring audit-ready records at all times
  • Process improvements identified and implemented to increase accuracy, speed, and control
  • Reliable workload management, meeting SLAs, and hitting deadlines without compromising quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
