We are currently seeking a part-time (5 mornings) Treasury Assistant to join our growing Finance team and support the effective management of the Group’s cash, liquidity, and banking operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, the role is part-time (5 mornings) based in our Dunmurry, Belfast office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily Cash Management Reporting, which includes liquidity planning and executing transactions such as FX trades, investments and funding accounts for disbursements.
- Maintain Direct Cash Forecasting models to enhance Cash Management & Investments for the Group and ensuring Group has cash optimisation.
- Prepare reporting for Head of Treasury, CFO, Finance Director as requested.
- Treasury Management System & bank Portal administration for the Treasury & Finance Team.
- Assist Head of Treasury on projects for the Treasury or Finance Department.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience
- Relevant Treasury experience in a busy environment.
- Experience working with banking platforms is essential.
- Experience with a Treasury Management System is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Deadline focused with ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
