This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Treasury professional to join an established international bank in London. The role will work closely with the trading desk and provide business management, operational, analytical and project support across Treasury activities.

Job Title: Treasury Business Management Senior Analyst

Location: London

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Work Style: Five days in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate key Treasury business management processes, including procedures, trader mandates, onboarding and offboarding, budgets, expenses and business performance tracking.
  • Prepare Treasury MI, trading data reports and management analysis.
  • Maintain counterparty, third-party and product information, ensuring relevant policies and controls are followed.
  • Support trade authorisation, legal agreement execution, system access and parameter setup.
  • Perform overall end-of-day checks and monitor operational risks and trading events.
  • Work closely with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Technology teams.
  • Support Treasury system development, testing and other departmental projects.
  • Conduct financial market research and quantitative analysis to support trading strategies.
  • Assist with audit, inspection and internal governance requirements.

  • Previous experience within Treasury trading, desk support, business management or a middle-office environment.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury trading workflows, operational risk and internal controls.
  • Good knowledge of FX, bonds, money markets and derivative products.
  • Strong data processing, quantitative analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience using Treasury systems and developing or maintaining analytical and risk-monitoring tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Degree in a relevant subject; a master’s degree or professional qualification would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
