Treasury Cash Manager (6-Month FTC)

Location: London
Working Model: Hybrid (1 to 2 days a week)
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum + Benefits

We're supporting a large, international organisation with the appointment of a Treasury Cash Manager on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Treasury professional to join a high-performing finance function and take ownership of group-wide cash management, liquidity planning and short-term forecasting activities across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, liquidity movements and internal funding
  • Managing short-term cash forecasting processes and performing robust variance analysis
  • Monitoring and optimising group liquidity, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing bank balances, cash positions and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Producing insightful cash flow and forecasting reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Driving process improvements, controls enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting Treasury transformation initiatives, including systems optimisation and automation projects
  • Building strong relationships with Treasury, FP&A, banking partners and wider business stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven Treasury, Cash Management or Treasury Operations experience
  • Strong understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting
  • Experience working within a complex, multi-entity organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exposure to Treasury Management Systems, ideally Kyriba
  • Experience using banking platforms and ERP systems such as Oracle
  • Demonstrable track record of improving processes, controls and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
