Job Description
Here at evoke plc, our Treasury Cash Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of liquidity across evoke plc, leading the Group's daily cash management and short-term forecasting activities within a centralised Treasury function. This role has end-to-end ownership of the cash management framework, driving strong governance, operational excellence, and high-quality reporting to support informed decision-making across the business.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll champion continuous improvement across processes, systems, and controls, enhancing cash visibility, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency. Working in close partnership with Treasury, FP&A, and key business stakeholders, the role supports liquidity optimisation and contributes to the ongoing development of a modern, technology-enabled Treasury operating model that underpins the Group's strategic ambitions.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the Group's daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, reconciliations, liquidity movements, and internal funding across multiple entities
- Reviewing and validating daily bank balances, cash positions, and data feeds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of exceptions
- Managing short-term cash forecasting processes, coordinating stakeholder inputs, challenging assumptions, and improving forecast accuracy through robust variance analysis
- Monitoring and optimising Group liquidity by analysing cash flows, identifying risks and trends, and supporting efficient deployment of cash balances
- Producing insightful forecast reporting to support Treasury leadership and business decision-making
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash visibility, strengthen controls, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual processes
- Leading Treasury system enhancements and transformation projects, including the implementation and optimisation of Kyriba and the migration of forecasting activities from Excel
- Building good relationships with Treasury, FP&A, business stakeholders, and banking partners to improve forecasting quality, support funding decisions, and resolve operational issues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
