Job Description
Treasury Analyst
As a Treasury Analyst at UPS, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day treasury operations across multiple business units and legal entities. You'll help ensure treasury activities are delivered accurately and on time, while gaining exposure to cash management, banking operations, financial reporting, and treasury controls.

You'll work closely with internal teams, finance stakeholders, legal entities, and banking partners to support effective cash management processes and contribute to key treasury initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support daily treasury operations across multiple business units and legal entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to support evolving treasury requirements.
- Manage and conduct internal Treasury audits, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and control requirements.
- Coordinate and support external audit activities, including SOX audits, by responding to information requests, providing documentation, and facilitating auditor engagement.
- Manage bank account lifecycle activities, including opening, maintenance, and closures.
- Reconcile reports and ensure accuracy of data across systems. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Issue and manage Bank Guarantees in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Contribute to projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Experience
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting is preferred but not necessary (1–2 years).
- Working towards a professional accounting or treasury qualification would also be an advantage but not necessary.

- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Access or Treasury Management Systems would be beneficial.
