My client is an established UK bank, looking to expand their Treasury team with a Financial Markets professional. The Treasury Dealer will support the Bank's liquidity, funding and investment strategies - including interest rates/FX swaps and HQLA portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Executing treasury products, including interest rate/FX swaps, money market investments, fixed income securities and repo transactions
  • Contribute to liquidity and funding strategy, alongside ALM team
  • Management of interest rate and FX hedging portfolios
  • Monitoring financial markets, yield curves, interest rate expectations and macroeconomic development
  • Management of HQLA portfolio, in line with regulatory requirements and risk appetite

  • 1-3 years experience in Treasury front office within a bank
  • Experience executing treasury products (interest rate derivatives, repo transactions, fixed income securities, money market investments)
  • Degree in a numerate/quantitative subject
  • Strong interest in financial markets and macroeconomics
