Job Opportunity: Treasury Functional Lead for Greenfield Finance Transformation Project
We are currently working with a non-for-profit organisation as they are seeking a Treasury Functional Lead for a greenfield finance transformation project.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience implementing treasury processes from scratch.
Hybrid Role - 2 days per week in Milton Keynes

Role Purpose
Owns treasury, banking, payments and cash management, including design, testing, UAT support, and training content
Role Responsibilities
- Work with the SI to validate treasury and banking process design
- Define bank account structure, payment approval rules, cash management requirements, and bank reconciliation requirements
- Confirm how P2P payments, O2C receipts, and bank statements flow through ERP
- Review design outputs, write and validate test scripts, execute functional testing & SIT, support UAT
- Validate training content and support payment readiness during dry run and hypercare

Experience level
- 10 plus years minimum, 15 plus years preferred
