Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to join Worldpay on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the company's cash resources, liquidity position, banking relationships, and treasury operations while leading a high-performing team.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Treasury Associates, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of corporate cash resources, ensuring effective liquidity and cash flow control.
  • Lead corporate cash management and credit administration activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and external financial institutions.
  • Ensure all treasury transactions and payments are processed accurately and within strict daily deadlines.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage risk and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support treasury objectives and broader business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and banking obligations.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Solid understanding of corporate treasury, cash management, and financial analysis.
  • Experience identifying, addressing, and resolving employee and team-related challenges.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills in complex business environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and workload management capabilities.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement through the design, documentation, and implementation of efficient processes.
