Treasury Manager – Advisory & Transformation
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: £80,000–£100,000 + benefits
The Opportunity
We are currently working on an opportunity with a well-established professional services organisation seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join its growing advisory function. This is a varied role offering exposure to a range of treasury, finance, and transformation projects, working with different organisations and senior stakeholders.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of assignments covering areas such as:
- Treasury reporting and financial information
- Treasury processes, governance, and controls
- Treasury transformation and change
- Cash, liquidity, debt, and financial risk
- Treasury systems and technology
- Financial reporting and accounting matters
- Process reviews and operating model improvements
- Supporting wider finance and treasury projects
- Managing workstreams, stakeholders, and project delivery
- Developing practical recommendations and supporting implementation

The role will provide exposure to different treasury environments and a broad range of projects, with opportunities to work across both business-as-usual and transformation-focused assignments.
About You
We are keen to speak with professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including treasury, finance, controls, audit, assurance, or consulting.
You should have:
- Solid experience within treasury or a closely related finance function
- Good understanding of treasury processes, reporting, controls, or governance
- Experience working on projects, change, or process improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage workstreams and deliver against deadlines
- A practical and commercially-minded approach
