Arena
Arena is a digital entertainment company building platforms people genuinely love. Since 2021, our portfolio has grown to include MetaWin, WOW Vegas, Hit.com, Rolla, BetZoo Media, Fanbase, and Gladiator Games Studio, with teams across London, Gibraltar, and Miami.
We work AI first. We're not held back by legacy systems or conventional thinking, and we use automation, data, and smart tooling to move faster across every part of the business. Our finance function is lean, hands-on, and central to how we scale.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to own the full cash and digital asset lifecycle across a multi-entity, multi-brand group. You'll make sure funds move safely, efficiently, and on schedule, across both fiat rails and blockchain networks.
It's part daily execution, part building the infrastructure and controls that let us scale. You'll work closely with Accounts Payable, Compliance, and Product, and your impact will be visible from day one. Real assets, real decisions, and the room to build the treasury function your way as the group grows.
What You'll Own
Cash and Liquidity Management
- Maintain daily cash positions across group entities, in both fiat and crypto.
- Own weekly and rolling cash forecasts, flagging liquidity gaps early.
- Execute intercompany funding movements and FX conversions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
