Treasury Manager
Global Manufacturing Group
£65,000 – £80,000 (Flexible Depending on Experience)
London (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Manager to join a highly successful global manufacturing business. This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the Group’s treasury operations while working closely with senior stakeholders across an international organisation.
You will play a key role in supporting continued growth, acquisitions, and financing activity, whilst helping to develop a more efficient and streamlined treasury function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cash flow forecasting and wider liquidity management.
- Oversee the Group’s bank accounts, mandates, KYC requirements.
- Manage key banking relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Support acquisitions and disposals, including banking integration and funds flow.
- Maintain the Group’s banking structure and identify opportunities to streamline it.
- Deliver daily cash and weekly liquidity reporting.
- Assist with debt funding, covenant reporting, and acquisition financing.
- Act as the first point of contact for SAGE and treasury system (TMS) queries.
- Strengthen treasury processes, controls, and documentation across the Group.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual administration.

About You
- Proven treasury experience, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and liquidity.
- Experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Exposure to M&A, funding, or debt management would be advantageous.
- TMS experience and automation/process improvement.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of ownership.
