Lead the Group’s day-to-day treasury operations across cash, liquidity, FX and banking, ensuring robust controls, clear reporting and effective decision-making. Partner across Finance and the wider business to support operational resilience and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s treasury operations across cash, liquidity, payments, FX, banking and reconciliations.
- Own cash forecasting and liquidity reporting, providing clear insight to support business decision-making.
- Manage the Group’s FX hedging programme, including execution, reporting, governance and controls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking and financial service providers.
- Ensure effective governance of treasury systems, banking platforms, policies and controls.
- Oversee corporate cards, merchant services, month-end treasury activities and audit requirements.
- Deliver treasury reporting and analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and value.
- Partner across Finance and the wider business to drive treasury transformation, process and system improvements, and support acquisitions and business change.
- Deputise for the Group Tax and Treasury Director as required.
- Lead, manage and develop two direct reports.
- Manage treasury-related costs and budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- ACT, accounting or equivalent treasury qualification desirable.
- Corporate treasury experience, including people management.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, treasury controls and banking operations.
- Experience in cash forecasting, reporting and process improvement.
- Knowledge of FX management and hedging.
- Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial, proactive and improvement-focused, with experience supporting change and transformation.
- Collaborative and flexible, with the ability to work across Finance in a lean team.
