What’s the role?
We are looking for a Treasury Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company's global treasury operations, supporting liquidity management, banking activities, treasury controls, cash forecasting and O2C optimization. Working closely with the Head of Treasury, this role ensures efficient treasury execution while maintaining strong governance, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Company's continued global expansion and evolving treasury requirements across both traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to support operational scale, standardization, and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
- Manage global cash positioning, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting to ensure effective treasury operations and working capital optimisation.
- Execute treasury transactions, including payments, settlements, intercompany funding, and cash movements across global banking networks.
- Oversee digital asset treasury operations, including wallet management, reconciliations, custodial relationships, and operational controls.
- Maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures while ensuring compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Manage banking relationships, including account administration, KYC processes, banking facilities, and service performance monitoring.
- Produce accurate treasury reporting, support month-end and year-end close activities, and provide treasury information to Finance and Audit teams.
- Support liquidity planning, debt facility monitoring, fundraising initiatives, and strategic treasury projects to optimise the Group's funding position.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous process improvements and provide support to the Head of Treasury when required.

Who are you?
We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve. Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or treasury operations, ideally within a multinational or high-growth technology business.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, treasury operations, banking products, and financial markets.
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking platforms, and treasury reporting tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to digital assets, payment infrastructure, fintech, or emerging financial technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to governance, internal controls, compliance, and operational excellence.
