Treasury Manager | Global Brokerage Platform | London (Hybrid)

BIE Executive is partnering with a privately held, ambitious global brokerage platform to appoint a Treasury Manager. The business operates from offices across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, through a complex multi-entity, multi-currency structure.

Group Finance has been rebuilt in recent years. IFRS reporting, a new ERP, a consolidated cash flow model and a formal FX policy are all in place. Treasury is the next function to be professionalised, and this role will own it end to end.

This is a build role, not an administrative one. It offers real visibility with senior management, and there will be progressive leadership opportunities as the business continues through a significant growth phase.

What you'll own

  • Cash and liquidity: group cash visibility across all entities, currencies and banks; the 13-week and 36-month rolling forecasts; intercompany funding, cash repatriation, pooling and reducing trapped cash.
  • FX: running the group hedging programme against USD income and a GBP, EUR, SGD, NOK and AED cost base. This covers exposure analysis, forward execution, hedge recommendations to the GFD and ExCo, and IFRS 9 hedge accounting.
  • Surplus cash: improving yield within counterparty, tenor and concentration limits.
  • Banking and covenants: bank relationships, account rationalisation, mandates and KYC, covenant testing, and treasury support on acquisitions and integrations.
  • Controls and systems: the Group Treasury Policy, payment controls and fraud defences, sanctions screening, TMS selection and implementation, automation, and audit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
