Treasury Manager – High-Growth FinTech
London | Hybrid | £80,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Bens
A rapidly expanding FinTech, having experienced impressive growth in recent years, is looking to appoint a Treasury Manager to take ownership of treasury, cash management and liquidity across the Group.
This is a newly created opportunity within a fast-growing, regulated financial-services business, offering the chance to build and develop a treasury function as the business continues to scale.
Key areas will include:
- Taking ownership of group-wide treasury and cash management, ensuring accurate visibility of cash positions and future requirements
- Developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts and providing insight into liquidity and funding requirements
- Supporting the wider Finance team with regulatory capital, liquidity and treasury reporting
- Reviewing and improving reconciliations, controls and cash-management processes
- Working with Finance and operational teams to understand cash movements and improve cash generation
- Building more efficient and scalable treasury processes and reporting as the business grows
- Identifying opportunities to introduce automation, improved systems and better management information
- Acting as a key Treasury contact for the CFO and senior Finance stakeholders, providing insight and highlighting potential risks or opportunities

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in Treasury, cash management, liquidity or regulatory finance
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory capital and/or regulatory reporting
- Experience managing cash forecasting, reconciliations and complex cash movements
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience building or improving processes and controls
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior stakeholders
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred
