Good news: our Finance Department is recruiting for a Treasury Manager
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE
At the heart of our business, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Treasury function, working with a small team to understand the collection and payment needs of the business
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure timely management of payments to key suppliers
- Reconcile daily bank transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure adequate funds are available to support business operations.
- Build strong relationships with banking partners, managing DD mandates and payments, cheque processing and payment queries.
- Maintain and develop cash flow forecasts, providing regular insight and reporting to the Financial Controller.
- Support foreign exchange (FX) activities and treasury operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for rejected payments and banking issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement across treasury processes, controls and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls and financial governance requirements.
- Provide support across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions when needed.
- Contribute to a variety of finance projects and business initiatives as the team continues to grow.

YOUR PROFILE
Experience & skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Previous experience in cash management, treasury, banking or finance operations.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
