My client is an established UK bank, looking to expand their Treasury Markets team with a manager. The manager will support the Bank's liquidity, funding and investment strategies (including interest rates/FX swaps and HQLA portfolio management), in addition to some line management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will come from a broad banking treasury background, with strong exposure to Treasury Markets.

Responsibilities
- Executing treasury products (money markets, repo, fixed income, FX/IR swaps)
- Monitoring financial markets and conducting economic analysis
- Manage/develop front office treasury team
- Ensure compliance with market risk policies
- Management of HQLA portfolio

Requirements
- Relevant experience in front office Treasury within a bank
- Experience line managing or mentoring junior staff
- Knowledge of Treasury products and analytical mindset
