Treasury Manager

Location: Heathrow (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a private equity-backed international technology business with a strong track record of growth, innovation, and strategic acquisitions. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Group Treasury Manager to lead treasury activities across the group, supporting funding, liquidity, cash management, and financial risk strategy.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, this is a high-profile role offering significant exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across a complex international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group's treasury strategy.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on funding, capital structure, and financial risk management.
  • Manage global cash positions and optimise liquidity across the group.
  • Deliver accurate cash flow forecasting to support operational and strategic planning.
  • Oversee foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risk management activities.
  • Maintain and develop banking relationships and negotiate banking facilities where required.
  • Support debt management, refinancing, and funding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Drive treasury process improvements, controls, and systems enhancements.
  • Support treasury transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing treasury team.
  • Partner with finance and business leaders to support growth, acquisitions, and strategic projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, funding, debt facilities, and financial risk management.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Previous team leadership or people management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience implementing or operating Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Experience within a multinational, technology, or private equity-backed environment would be beneficial.
  • Degree qualified.
  • ACT, CFA, or equivalent treasury qualification desirable.
